Princess Buttercup

Lou Police's Inventive Character class. The story is The Princess Bride, which I'm pretty sure all of most people are familiar with. In the style of Bernie Fuchs, and set in 1930s pulp magazine/film noir. Ooooh the drama!!!
Anywho, it was really REALLY hard to get Fuchs style digitally. And even harder to do dramatic color/lighting with! Argh, this is what I came up with and I'm not full loving it yet, but I'm sick of looking at it now.

Anime Expo 2009

First time doing artist alley at anime expo! I've been attending since 2002 and never had the guys or talent to do it. And...it was quite the experience. Didn't make even but I sure learned a lot!! Our table (counterclockwise: Sylvia, Gloria, Brenda, me) and some commissions (most were hentai).

All of the colored commissions were painted with gouache, and usually takes up the full page.... :o( I really need to learn how to use markers because each takes too long to do (2hrs)!!!!
Tentacle love.

Let's Boogie

Another print for sale at Anime Expo 2009 Artist Alley.
It is the dancer job class from RagnarokOnline. She either uses a whip or bow/arrow to fight, but I thought it would be really cute to have her jump rope with her weapon ^_^
I'm either doing fanart for that or originals. I don't have much time to dive into other series. However, I do want to touch on my fav. anime, Keroro Gunso. But alas.....it never happened x_x
Look for my group's table; it is near the emergency exits :p
